1. The service

IP Lookup provides information about IP addresses and domain names drawn from public databases and network protocols. The free features are offered as-is, without registration.

2. Accuracy

Geolocation is an approximate estimate (city or region) and may be wrong. VPN and datacenter flags are heuristics labelled as "likely". Blocklist results reflect the state of each third-party list at the time of the check. Do not rely on the results for legal, safety-critical or financial decisions.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harass, stalk, track or attempt to identify individuals.
• Do not overload the service: automated access is limited to 60 requests per minute per IP. Bulk use requires Pro batch lookups.
• Do not resell raw results as your own database. Data from DB-IP and RouteViews is licensed under CC BY 4.0 and must keep its attribution ("IP geolocation by DB-IP", https://db-ip.com).

4. Pro license

A Pro license is a one-time purchase that unlocks batch lookups of up to 1,000 IPs, blacklist checks and exports on the devices where you activate it. Licenses refunded or charged back are deactivated. Features may evolve; we will keep the core Pro features available for the life of the product.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Management is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
